What are our Youth Drop Ins composed of?
A safe space to hang outWe open up our safe space to LGBTQ2+ youth twice a week for them to be able to meet people that they can relate to and hang out with. We organize activities for them, and festivities for holidays! Our inclusive space allows them to express themselves and have new experiences.

Testimonials
I love the Centre so much, when I moved to Canada I felt really alone, and the Centre really helped me to find my people and feel way less alone. It gave me so much space for self expression in a non judgmental investment and it’s truly my second home. Every time there is a youth drop in I always can’t wait and when I’m there I’m just hoping it won’t end. I love eating with everyone and meeting really amazing people, and it’s a very safe space for me to talk about things I can’t talk about with anyone else sometimes.

I have found a sense of community at the center, and being around other queer people my age has helped me come to terms with my own queerness. The center has given me a safe haven and a place to laugh and smile. I always look forward to hanging out every week!

We humbly and gratefully acknowledge that we are gathered on the unceded territory of the Kanien’kehà:Ka (Mohawk) people. This land has historically served as a meeting place for many Indigenous nations, including the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe, and is currently home to Indigenous communities from across Turtle Island and the world.
