Our Director
My name is David, I have been the Director at the Centre since June 2018, and was the Coordinator from July 2016. I hope to graduate from McGill in the School of Environment next semester, eventually I might go back to graduate school, but for now I just want to take it easy. I like to think of myself as an amateur drag queen, but while I can walk the walk, my makeup skills still leave much to be desired. In my spare time, I also like to read, write, play board games, video games, and I nap A LOT! Come talk to me about your favourite series, and I’d be happy to give it a try!
Our Coordinators
Young Adult Social Coordinator
Youth Drop-In Coordinator My name is Sarah. I started coming to the centre just before I turned 17 and am coming up on 23. As staff and one of the drop-in coordinators of the centre, I take pride in the work I do and the difference I make in my community. The centre has played a large role in allowing me to become more confident in myself and my identity. In my spare time I love to play D&D, board games like Monopoly, read and discuss LGBTQ2+ issues with others.

Trans Support Group Coordinator
Youth Drop-In Coordinator Hi! My name is Noah. I'm trans and gay. I'm currently studying Social Work at McGill University which is fuelling my passion for social justice. At the centre, I aim to be as approachable as possible as I truly care about the wellbeing of everyone who walks through our doors. In my spare time I love to watch and read Harry Potter, cuddle with my pet hamster named Dobby and play Ringette. Come talk to me about plot holes in the Harry Potter series, social issues or how weird goats are. I can't wait to meet you at our centre!

Vaudreuil-Soulanges Program Coordinator
My name is Courtney. I am 21 and just starting my journey with the centre but best believe I am not going anywhere soon! I am the biggest dinosaur nerd (seriously ask me anything) and will talk your ear off about any makeup subject. On my off time you can catch me on the couch under a weighted blanket snuggling my cat Melvin while watching Disney movies.

Our Volunteers
My name is Johanna and I am a parent of an out and very proud Queer daughter. I am a founding member of the parents group and I facilitate the monthly meetings. I believe that education about LGBTQ2+ issues is the foundation of understanding and I try to offer support and practical information that can help parents on their journey of acceptance. One of my passions is making cookies and cupcakes which I love decorating for events at the Centre.

My name is Jeremy. I’m a 25-year-old Sociology student at Concordia, and I’m gay. I first came to the centre when I came out at 18; seven years and they still can’t get rid of me. I spend most of my time with my nose in a book, doing school work, playing video games (Smash Bros ftw) and making jokes that nobody ever laughs at. One of my passions in life is travelling. I’ve visited Bangladesh, Uganda, Jordan, and Hong Kong to name a few. If you’re ever in need of any tips on travelling, where to go, what to see, and what to do when you get there, I’m your guy. I hope to see you around the centre, we’re always happy to see new faces!

Hey! My name is Dome. I've studied many things in my 25 years on this Earth, including Computer Science, Interior Design, and Creative Arts. I've been coming to the Centre since 2016 and I love it here! Making a difference within the community and helping kids have always been very important to me, and the Centre has proved to be a great place for me to be able to do both of those. I love hanging out with our youth, adults and seniors and enjoy cooking, photography, and web design.

Hey! My name is Tegan and I’ve been volunteering at the centre since 2018. I’ve been a part of the centre before that time and love how much of a safe and inviting space it really is. I work as an integration aide for the Lester B. Pearson school board and I studied in Special Care Counselling at Vanier College. In my spare time I love to listen to music, listening to true crime podcasts, reading and hanging out with my cats. I also enjoy staying as far away from my natural hair colour as possible.

We humbly and gratefully acknowledge that we are gathered on the unceded territory of the Kanien’kehà:Ka (Mohawk) people. This land has historically served as a meeting place for many Indigenous nations, including the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe, and is currently home to Indigenous communities from across Turtle Island and the world.
